Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm

We’re after a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to grow accounts, fill roles, and mentor junior colleagues in the Industrial / Commercial / Technical sector.
You’ll:
- Win new business & grow existing accounts (10% Commission)
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle
- Source top talent & build strong pipelines
- Hit and exceed billing targets
You have:
- 3+ years’ recruitment experience (Industrial preferred)
- Proven track record in a target-driven market
- Commercial mindset, resilient & motivated
- Full UK driving license
