Production Engineer

Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a growing and innovative manufacturing business in their search for a Production Engineer to join their engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys improving manufacturing processes, solving shop floor challenges, and supporting the introduction of new products into production. The business has a number of exciting projects and product launches planned, offering plenty of variety and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Key responsibilities for the Production Engineer:

• Lead and support manufacturing and process improvement projects
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues across the shop floor
• Support new product introduction activities and manufacturing readiness
• Improve manufacturing efficiency, workflow, and process reliability
• Create and maintain technical and manufacturing documentation
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Work collaboratively with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams

The successful Production Engineer will have:

• Previous experience within a Production, Manufacturing, Process, or Continuous Improvement Engineering role
• A practical, hands-on approach to engineering and problem solving
• 3D CAD experience
• Experience supporting process improvements and lean manufacturing activities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Assembly, electronics, or manufacturing technology environments
• ERP system exposure
• SOP/work instruction creation
• Experience within regulated manufacturing environments
