Electronics Test Engineer 

Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum

Location: Windsor

Hours: 37 per week (Mon–Thurs 08:00–16:30, Fri 08:00–13:00)

Are you an experienced Test Engineer with a passion for electronics, quality, and problem‑solving? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well‑established UK electronics manufacturer with experience delivering high‑quality PCBAs, box builds and finished electronic assemblies for a wide range of industries.

What you’ll be doing as an Electronics Test Engineer

  • Setting up, operating and maintaining test equipment and functional test systems

  • Testing PCBAs, sub‑assemblies and finished products to defined specifications

  • Diagnosing faults down to component level and implementing corrective actions

  • Recording accurate test results using Excel or customer‑specific systems

  • Interpreting test data to support production quality

  • Reading and understanding schematics, drawings and BOMs

Electronics Test Engineer requirements

  • Qualification in electronics (HNC/HND or equivalent experience)

  • Experience in an EMS or manufacturing environment

  • Strong electronic testing and component‑level fault‑finding skills

  • Ability to interpret circuit diagrams and technical documentation
