Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Location: London
Contract Rate: Up to £26.00 Self Employed
Job Type: Contract leading to potential Full-Time position
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks unsupervised
- Diagnose and repair faults on electrical and mechanical building systems
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards and in line with health & safety regulations
- Work on the following systems and equipment:
- HVAC systems and AHUs
- Lighting systems (testing, repairs)
- Fire alarms and emergency lighting
- Water temperature testing (L8 compliance)
- Pumps, motors, actuators, and generators
- 3-phase power supply and UPS systems
- Basic awareness of heating systems (pipework, heat exchangers)
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years experience in building services or facilities maintenance
· City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical
· 17th or 18th Edition (preferred)
· Strong fault-finding skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skills - client-facing role
· Able to work independently and manage own workload
This is a excellent long term role with a first class client in a central London location.
